Individual Sessions (school- or work-related challenges)*
Whether it is managing anxiety, depression, or other common mental health needs, our experienced staff members can help you work towards living in your greatness. The counseling approach used emphasizes client-directed goals and solution-focused strategies. We are also experienced in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavioral approaches, Narrative Therapy, among others.

- Sessions are held 1x/week for 50-min
- Services offered for children, teens and adults
- Insurance is not currently accepted

Evaluation Services
Assessment Services
We use a combination of formal and informal assessment tools to help you, and the client, understand any learning difficulties that may exist. This includes observations, interviews, as well as working directly with the individual. The goal is to provide clear recommendations, intervention strategies, and suggestions to help the learning process move more smoothly.
- Identify Learning Challenges (e.g., Dyslexia)

- Behavioral Challenges (e.g., ADHD)
- All assessments include a summary report, recommendations, and parent consult to review results.
Comprehensive Evaluation (Recommended for intervention planning)
- Includes Social, Emotional, Behavioral, Academic, and Cognitive assessment components.
Consultation Services
Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Parent Consult
- Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Parent Consult (typically 60 mins.)
- IEP Meetings can be daunting! We work to help you feel empowered, supported, and informed about your child’s strengths and weaknesses. There are some key tools and strategies you can use that will increase your chances of:
- (1) asking the right questions
- (2) understanding the school team’s jargon
- (3) advocate effectively for your child. Includes: Review of provided assessment report, diagnostic testing, and rating scales.
